Returns & Refunds

Each Shell Tale is individually handcrafted and personalized using your photograph. Because custom and personalized items are made especially for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your Shell Tale arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please review and approve any photo edits, personalization, names, dates, or wording carefully before production. Once your custom Shell Tale has been started, cancellations may not be possible.

Every natural shell is unique. Variations in shape, size, color, texture, and markings are part of the beauty of genuine seashells and are not considered defects.
