Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is included with every Shell Tale shipped within the United States.

Processing Time

Each Shell Tale is individually handcrafted using your photograph. Most orders are completed and ready to ship within just a few days. Please allow 3–5 business days for creation and processing, although many orders ship sooner.

Because each keepsake is made especially for you, occasionally a little extra time may be needed to ensure your Shell Tale is just right. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your Shell Tale is complete, it will be carefully packaged to protect your one-of-a-kind keepsake during transit. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier and are separate from the processing time above.

Damaged During Shipping

Because genuine seashells are naturally delicate, we take special care in packaging every order. In the unlikely event that your Shell Tale arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.
